USF Industry to Campus Connector – Employer Events & On-Campus Interviews
Coordinate end-to-end employer engagement initiatives, including gathering applicant submissions, promoting opportunities, and scheduling interviews. Run full interview days for employers, including large-scale events like Media Day, which features multiple interviews in a single day. Support career fairs and other recruiting events, collaborating with the team to ensure seamless execution and strong student-employer connections.
Tampa Bay Watch – Shoreline Restoration
Helped restore coastal ecosystems by constructing oyster balls, supporting marine life and promoting sustainability. Applied environmental stewardship to hands-on projects.
FloridaACE Annual Conference Presentation
Represented USF, presenting strategies for employer engagement and student success. Collaborated with leadership to share actionable insights, demonstrating leadership and public speaking skills.
Island School, Eleuthera – Sustainability & Marine Conservation
Contributed to renewable energy and sustainable living initiatives while assisting with shark and turtle tagging projects. Strengthened teamwork, coordination, and conservation skills.
